Minutes of the Meeting held on 9th September 2009 in ‘The Loft’, Village Shop, Brockweir

Present: Cllr. Mr. Wilson (Chairman), Cllr. Mr. Summers, Cllr. Mrs. Mackey, Cllr. Mr. Fox and the Parish Clerk.

1475. Apologies for Absence

Cllr. Stott, Cllr. Mayo and Cllr. Skinner sent their apologies.

1476. Declaration of Interest

Cllr. Mackey declared a personal interest in Agenda Item A4.2 – The Rock, Mill Hill - Planning Application.

1477. Planning Applications

1477.1 FODDC - Planning Application Ref. P1367/09/FUL – The Tumpkins, Brockweir Road, Hewelsfield – Alterations & extension to dwelling (retrospective)
Although there were no objections to this application the Parish Clerk agreed to raise a note of concern with FODDC regarding the potential increase of surface flooding to neighbouring houses.

1477.2 FODDC – Planning Application Ref. P1438/09/FUL – The Rock, Mill Hill, Brockweir – Erection of a porch and a raised patio area (part retrospective)
There were no objections to this application.
